My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We were horrified to find a significant number of bedbugs in both of our rooms, which made for a very uncomfortable night. The staff was unhelpful when we reported the issue, leaving us without assistance or a place to stay in the early morning hours. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant experience.

My stay at this hotel turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The experience started with finding over 30 bedbugs in our rooms, which was horrifying. When I approached the receptionist for help, he was unhelpful and left us stranded at 3am with nowhere to go. Even when I returned for a refund, the new receptionist couldn't assist me and provided misleading information. Overall, I left the hotel having paid for two nights I couldn't use and feeling very frustrated.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely terrible. We woke up in the middle of the night to find numerous bedbugs crawling in our beds, which was not only disgusting but also alarming. The receptionist I spoke to was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our plight, leaving us stranded without assistance. After trying to get a refund, the new receptionist was equally unhelpful, and we ended up losing money on two nights of accommodation we couldn’t even stay in. I would definitely not recommend anyone stay here.
